Why not try some artisan marshmallows? January is bleak enough with everyone banging on about resolutions and do this do that... shut out the noise and treat yourself to a bag of fluffy marshmallows. I mean one of the main ingredients of Marshmallows is AIR so ..... and they don't contain the e-numbers and 'nasties' you get from mass-made products; just saying...
I sold so many before Christmas and was asked to add more flavours. After a few experiments (some which didn't work..) and rounding up lovely humans to be my 'taste testers', I've come up with a new Lemon Meringue flavour which is a twist on the traditional Lemon meringue pie; with zesty lemon marshmallow with pieces of the lightest meringue. Am working on lots of other flavours but also have Raspberry, Espresso Coffee, Chocolate, Strawberry and the original Vanilla Bean. The bags contain approximately 150 so that's a lot of marshmallow!
Have also sourced new packaging which is Eco-friendly so ticking another box!
